Delivery & Digital Access Policy

Every purchase includes a personalised Conscious Conception Blueprint, delivered as a private PDF and always available through your dashboard. There are no physical items and no postal shipping.

1. You complete your purchase.
2. Your personalized Conscious Conception Blueprint is generated.
3. A Blueprint Ready email is sent when processing is complete.
4. While signed in, your Dashboard provides immediate access to your Blueprint.
5. If you return later and are signed out, request a secure sign-in link from the Access Your Blueprint page.

Most Conscious Conception Blueprints are delivered within approximately 5–30 minutes after successful payment. Unusually detailed responses or temporary system load may increase processing time.

Your dashboard is the primary source of access to your Blueprint. Even if the email notification is delayed, you can sign in and access your Blueprint directly from the dashboard as soon as processing has completed.

If delivery temporarily fails — for example, due to a brief network or provider issue — our platform automatically retries delivery before any manual intervention becomes necessary. Your purchase and progress are always preserved.

Occasionally, delivery can take longer due to:

• additional processing time for particularly detailed Blueprints,
• scheduled maintenance,
• brief queueing during peak periods.

Your purchase and progress are always saved. You will never lose what you paid for.

After your Blueprint has been generated, you’ll receive a Blueprint Ready email confirming it is available. The email includes a convenient button to open your Dashboard. If you’re already signed in, your Blueprint opens immediately. If you’re no longer signed in, you’ll simply be asked to authenticate before accessing your Dashboard.

You can also request a fresh secure sign-in link at any time from the Access Your Blueprint page.

Your Conscious Conception Blueprint remains available in your dashboard for as long as your account is active. You can revisit or re-download it whenever you wish.
