Conscious Conception by Gargi A Jaitleey ("we", "us", "our") offers a digital guidance experience rooted in Garbhadaan Sanskaar wisdom. By using this website, taking the Sanskaar Audit or purchasing a Conscious Conception Blueprint, you agree to these Terms in good faith.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Conscious Conception. The platform is offered for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Conscious Conception Blueprint is a digital, personalised, educational and spiritually informed document prepared within the wisdom framework of Gargi A Jaitleey. It is delivered as a private PDF and remains accessible through your dashboard.

Parts of your personalised Blueprint may be prepared using proprietary software and automated content generation that operate within Gargi A Jaitleey's editorial methodology. Editorial responsibility for the framework and the final Blueprint remains with Conscious Conception.

The Conscious Conception Blueprint is educational and guidance-oriented. Purchasing or using the Blueprint does not guarantee conception, pregnancy, fertility improvement, childbirth or any specific medical outcome. Please see our Disclaimer for the full scope of our guidance.

Access to your Conscious Conception Blueprint is provided through a passwordless magic link sent to the email you provided at checkout. You are responsible for:

• keeping the email address on your account secure,
• not sharing magic links with others,
• notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your Conscious Conception Blueprint is prepared for your personal use. All content, design, methodology and underlying materials remain the intellectual property of Conscious Conception. You agree not to redistribute, resell, reproduce or use the Blueprint for any commercial purpose.

Please use Conscious Conception with care. You agree not to:

• misuse or abuse the platform or its guidance,
• attempt to scrape, copy or reverse-engineer any part of the service,
• interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

To keep the platform safe for everyone, we may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — in situations including:

• fraudulent activity or misrepresentation,
• abuse of the platform, its guidance or our team,
• chargeback abuse or repeated payment disputes made in bad faith,
• attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the platform,
• any unlawful use of the service.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. We do not store card or banking information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your Conscious Conception Blueprint. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, and we do not guarantee any specific medical or health outcome.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment gateway failures, cloud infrastructure or hosting failures, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters and other force majeure events. Where possible, we will resume normal service as soon as reasonably practicable.

Conscious Conception is a living platform and may evolve over time. We may add, adjust or retire features to improve the experience. Material changes affecting your purchase will be communicated where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
