Cancellation & Refund Policy

If your Conscious Conception Blueprint does not give you more clarity than five traditional consultations, we will refund the amount you paid — and you may keep the Blueprint. We stand behind the work we deliver.

You qualify for a refund when:

• the request is made within 7 days of your Conscious Conception Blueprint being delivered,
• the request comes from the email address used at checkout,
• no earlier refund has been issued for the same order.

Please visit our refund request form or email garbhadaan-support@gargi.app with your order email and a short reason. You will receive a ticket number by email as soon as the request is received.

Our team personally reviews every request, typically within 2 business days. You will hear back from us by email at the address on your order. We may occasionally ask a clarifying question so we can serve you well.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking system. Funds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible, typically through our payment partner Razorpay.

If you accidentally place duplicate orders — for example, a second payment while a first was still processing — please contact support promptly. Eligible duplicate purchases will be refunded after verification.

If something feels wrong with your purchase, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We encourage customers to reach out to support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or card issuer.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may affect eligibility for future purchases or support.

Our refund promise is built on trust. Repeated fraudulent refund requests, misuse of the refund policy or coordinated abuse may result in a refusal of future services.

Refunds are not available in situations involving:

• fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform,
• duplicate purchases already resolved through a separate refund,
• repeated or abusive refund requests.

The Conscious Conception Blueprint is a digital product. Our refund promise relates to the digital deliverable itself.
