Conscious Conception by Gargi A Jaitleey is the operator responsible for handling personal information collected through this platform. Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refers to Conscious Conception.

We collect only what is needed to prepare and deliver your Conscious Conception Blueprint.

• Personal information — your name, email address and mobile number.
• Assessment responses — the answers you share in the Sanskaar Audit.
• Payment information — transaction metadata from our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical information — basic device and browser data required for the site to work.
• Usage analytics — aggregated, anonymised metrics that help us improve the experience.

• To generate and deliver your Conscious Conception Blueprint.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• To improve the service, our guidance and our editorial quality.
• To meet legal, tax and compliance obligations.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your card and banking details are handled directly by Razorpay under their own security standards and are never stored on our servers.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the experience working smoothly. We group them into three clear categories:

• Essential cookies — required for core functionality such as keeping you signed in and preserving your progress through the Sanskaar Audit.
• Functional cookies — remember non-essential preferences that improve your experience across visits.
• Analytics cookies — where used, privacy-respecting cookies that help us understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use these to build advertising profiles.

Conscious Conception relies on a small set of trusted partners:

• Supabase — secure managed database, authentication and file storage.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and magic-link emails.

These partners process data on our behalf strictly for the purposes described above.

We retain information only for as long as it serves a clear purpose:

• Blueprint data remains available in your account for as long as the account is active, so you can revisit your guidance whenever you wish.
• Order records may be retained where required by applicable law.
• Financial and tax records are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and compliance regulations, even after account closure.

You may request account deletion at any time. Where legislation requires us to retain certain records, we will explain what must be kept and for how long, rather than promising deletion we cannot lawfully perform.

Your data is protected through multiple layers:

• Encryption in transit and at rest.
• Role-based access controls limiting who can view what.
• Private storage for every Conscious Conception Blueprint PDF.
• Short-lived signed URLs for downloads.

You can, at any time:

• request access to the personal information we hold about you,
• ask us to correct inaccurate information,
• request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Privacy-related requests may be submitted through our Contact page or by emailing garbhadaan-support@gargi.app. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and, where applicable, within the timelines set by law.

Conscious Conception is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
